Experience was great. Just know they can’t meet you at the cruise terminal. But otherwise a fun way to explore the island at your pace.
There were 4 of us. We received a map to navigate around the island. The best thing is that we did everything at our own pace! Stopped if we wanted or continued on. We were able to spend as much or little time as we wanted at each stop. We had a great time
Maxcarts provided a great day for us on Grand Turk island They had our cart ready when we arrived outside the port. When we returned my wife was having some trouble breathing and they gave us a ride back to the port dock so we wouldn't have to walk the whole way. Great service
We found Jackson from MaxKart easy enough, just outside of the port. Jackson was really helpful - showed us how to operate the cart, gave us a map of the island and directions to the places that we wanted to visit. It was reassuring too that Jackson gave us his contact number should we encounter any problems. We enjoyed our time just mooching around the island under our own steam. We went up to see the lighthouse and just generally drove around, stopping at different beaches to have a paddle. Upon us returning the golf cart, Jackson took us back to the cruise port to save us having to walk. We'd definitely recommend this company if you're looking to hire a golf cart. Thanks Jackson! :)
Their business is a little bit of a walk from the cruise port, and it is difficult to find. Past reviews are accurate and that the golf carts run slow. The people running the business are very friendly and honest.
