Freediving is about learning to experience the acquatic world in a different way. Free of any heavy equipment and with only a mask, snorkel and fins you will glide through the water and have special interactions with the marine life.
Most importantly, you will learn to enjoy the water in a very unique way and take your snorkel skills to the next level.

- Hand sanitiser available to travellers and staff
- Requirements: Minimum 15 years of age (under 18 years requires parental consent) - Be able to swim and be in good physical health - No prior experience with Freediving required

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Sammy is an amazing teacher who will go above and beyond to help you achieve your goals! She makes everything about the experience easy and fun. If you love to snorkel and have always wanted to learn how to get a closer look at something this is your class! I canβt say enough good things about my experience.

I booked the basic PADI Freediver course with Sammy and it was officially the best thing Iβve done in Turks and Caicos. I learned SO MUCH and my confidence in the water is so much better now. Iβm a strong swimmer but always struggled with going deep and Sammy taught me to equalize my ears underwater and all the different freediving disciplines. For our open water portion we went to this fantastic reef I had never been to before and I was able to go deep and hold my breath long enough to film turtles and fish and see all the coral from a totally new perspective. Sammy is super personable, an absolute fish in the water, and itβs clear that she enjoys sharing her love of freediving and the oceans! So much better than scuba because youβre not limited to all the equipment rental and marina life comes closer to you. Plus now I get to carry around a cool PADI Freediver certification card :) Highly highly recommend! TCI has fabulous reefs but theyβre a whole lot better at eye level!

My husband and I are solid snorkelers and wanted to try a freediving lesson to be able to dive deeper and learn how to equalize in the most efficient way.
Sammy, our instructor, showed us how to improve our breath hold and gave us relaxation techniques. We really enjoyed our session with her and canβt wait to put these new skills into practice for our next travels. Sammy will teach you that freediving is about mind set, relaxation and fun. Highly recommend!

Unbelievable teacher

I hired Sammy for my 21 year old daughter to get certified for free diving as a present. Sammy made all the arrangements with Ernesto the boat Captain who was also amazing. It was a such a fabulous day. Not only did she give my daughter the confidence to complete this, I had confidence in her having my daughters safety as a priority. And Sammy made it so much fun for all of us. Sam........your goofey, light hearted, life is fun attitude and approach makes something so serious a ton of fun and I know Jordan appreciated that greatly. You calmed her nerves, taught her the respect and pushed her when needed. Youβre a great teacher and I hope someday our paths will cross again.

Sam is such an amazing teacher. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and motivating. We practiced apnea breathing and it really put as in the freediving zone for when we practiced in the water. I learnt and I also had fun while doing it. She has an infectious good energy around her. I highly recommend her!
