Board a boat at Grand Turk beach with friends or family for a small group snorkeling tour. This 3-stop shore excursion begins with snorkeling the Amazing Wall. Next, visit Gibbs Cay to swim in an area known for stingrays. On the way to Gibbs Cay watch as the captain dives for conch. At Gibbs Cay, get to meet the stingrays while the staff performs a conch demonstration and prepares fresh conch salad for you.

What a fantastic day! Snorkeling at the wall was exciting wit plenty of colorful fish to observe. Water was clear and warm. We really didn’t need our “short” wet suits but bring sun screen!
The conch hunt was a unique experience. One 13 year old girl from our tour was invited to participate and actually brought up a conch.
Our guides, Vasco and Clay, were fantastic. They watched over the guests and we felt very safe and in good hands. The presentation on conch anatomy and preparation was well done and it tasted great!
We will definitely take the tour again next time we visit Grand Turk. Exclusive Escapes does a fantastic job!

Spectacular Excursion

This was, without a doubt, my favorite shore excursion ever. I am so glad my family booked this tour, as opposed to a different snorkeling trip offered by our cruise line. The tour departure location is truly very close to the cruise terminal, and we had a group of only 20 people, which made it feel very friendly and personal. The two captains on the diving boat were very funny and friendly. We had great conversations and they had a lot of information to share about Grand Turk and the ocean. We snorkeled right off the dive boat in very clear water and saw many fish. The captains fed the fish so we were literally able to touch the fish. The real highlight was the conch dive - the captain caught a few conch in the open water and prepared a spectacular conch ceviche (or conch salad as it is called in the Bahamas). We also got to play with a wild stingray, which was very friendly and used to being handled. A truly spectacular excursion!

This was a great tour to take advantage of the beautiful water surrounding Grand Turk. The nearly 4 hour tour left from the Exclusive Escapes office, a short walk down the beach from the cruise terminal. A short boat ride later in a comfortable center console with 12 other travelers (total of 14), and we arrived at the snorkeling spot. We made a brief stop on the way for our Captain JJ and one of the guests (a Divemaster) to troll for fresh Conch. After a nice relaxing snorkel along the reef, we rode over to Gibbs Cay for some fun on the beach, interaction with a local Sting Ray, and fresh Conch Ceviche for lunch! Gibbs Cay featured a small but nice beach, and a hike close by to the highpoint of the island for some great views. Our crew quickly processed the fresh Conch they had harvested on the way and made some awesome Ceviche on the beach. It went very well with the rum punch they brought along for the occasion! The highlight of the trip was interacting with some of the local Southern Sting Rays, in particular a three year old female named Ruby. We each had the opportunity to feel her skin, learn about her anatomy and barb, and pose for pictures with Ruby. It was a really cool experience, and capped off a great day with Exclusive Escapes Tours.

Fabulous day on the water snorkeling and swimming in the crystal clear waters of Grand Turk. Beth Ann was great at communicating all of the meeting details and everything that we would need for this excursion. We snorkeled, swan with the sting rays and had fresh conch salad that the crew dove down and got while we watched from the boat. Everyone was super friendly and made sure everyone on the trip felt safe and comfortable. We highly recommend this trip if you want a wonderful chill day snorkeling. We saw tons of beautiful fish on the reef.
Great tour, personal and right size, much better than overcrowded Cruise tour.

Since checking in to finish captain Vasco and JJ kept us informed, entertained and overall its was a very enjoyable experience. Main goal was to hang with the sting rays and we had plenty of time. Very friendly ones.
