Do some exploring away from the tourist area and go through the local areas on the island. Go to spots that are some of the favorites among the local islanders. NB: This tour concludes at Fish Fry in The Bight Park (the option to stay or return to the hotel in the Grace Bay area).

Wonderful experience!!!! This girl Shanisha, sorry if I misspelled the name, was so great, she brought us to different parts of island, share with us her knowledge about life there. Very interesting and helpful , she brought us to local places for food tasting, juice place and fish fry festival, only on Thursdays , were we had lobster. Thank you girl , we had a great time . Will recommend to everyone.
We didn’t expect to have such an amazing time but this tour was totally awesome! Sharniqua (may be wrong spelling) was fantastic! We got to the restaurants and she ensured we got immediate service. This was particularly challenging at the legendary Thursday night fish fry; but she made sure we got our food, found seating and got in front of the band to dance till we were exhausted — despite the thousands of party-goers! She was great describing the islands, the people and the unique food. All food stops were delicious but particularly enjoyed Bugaloo’s for the conch exhibition and the fresh juice bar! This is the third Viator food tour and each has been a hit! Thank you Sharniqua and TCI Food Tours.
We were shown some of the best places to eat while seeing different parts of the island all the while being treated like family or a close friend. My husband and I truly enjoyed our evening! Everyone was so friendly and the "tastes" were delicious. The night ended at the local Thursday Night Fish Fry, which was perfect!
This tour was the highlight of our trip! It was our teenage daughter’s birthday and an experience she will never forget. Shaniqua’s cousins took us around the island and treated us just like family. Tour ended at the weekly Thursday night Fish Fry at Bight Park which is a party not to be missed - great fun for teenagers. Highly recommend this experience.
I’m rating this average because I’ve been on many food tours in different countries and in comparison this was just average however we still had fun and considered it an adventure. It would have been best to take it early in the vacation but the timing didn’t work out for us so we had actually been to some of the stops before. Tiny was a great guide and ultimately a lot of fun. We were very disappointed in the first stop which was a rum tasting. The woman in charge of the tasting acted put out by our group and we literally got a eye dropper of rum to taste. At least it makes for many laughs at how bad the experience was! The second stop was a juice bar and we were very impressed with the owner and the juices but would have preferred food on this evening tour with alcohol. The juice place is better suited for the lunch tour. The next stop was amazing! We were treated to a conch cleaning on the shore and then a variety of conch treats. We were all in a better mood after we ordered the rum punch. Then next stop was for take out friend chicken from Sweet T. The best chicken ever but we were given wings to eat in a moving van. Crumbs and grease all over but we giggled away when the wings went flying through the van after hitting a pot hole. I can honestly say I’ve never eaten fried chicken in a moving vehicle. It ended at the fish fry and it sorta fell apart there due to the large crowd. We were given a large order of fried lobster but there was no seating and we had to eat standing. The dinners I think were pre ordered as they were all cold, and everyone just kind of wondered away. So if you don’t set your expectations too high you can have an adventure and Tiny is very knowledgeable about the island so it is still worth it.
