Joey and Coach gave us the best experience of our entire trip! We saw places of the island that we've never seen and had so much fun swimming, laughing, drinking rum punch, snorkeling, and dancing. This is our second trip here and this is the first thing we booked! The private experience is well worth it if you're on a family trip. We can't wait to come back!!!
Our group of 8 women hung out with Dre and Alpha for the morning, and had THE BEST TIME! From the easy pick up at Club Med, to their willingness to do exactly what we wanted (see some beautiful water and beaches, listen to good music, and go to the Caribbean side of the island), we were completely satisfied. We snorkeled and saw dolphins, enjoyed the wraps and fruit and rum punch, and they ordered a birthday cake for our group too. We felt safe, cared for, and appreciated. We would (and will) definitely request them again. Also, the communication about the booking was very easy too. It was a fun tour of the water! We saw different parts of the island, snorkeling, and dive/slide from the boat
The boat ride was sooo fun! We did so many activities and stopped by many places to snorkel, sightsee, jump from the top deck, etc. our kids had the greatest time! Our tour guides had a great sense of humor too!!
Everything was fantastic about this tour except the “food” and the crew and parts of the boat were gross and worn out. Book this tour if you want to eat supermarket food, listen to music at the highest level of volume the speakers can handle while not having any day in the playlist. Captain just assumed you wanted to hear his playlist. Book this tour if you want to be treated like a tourist inconveniencing the locals with cash $$$ and large undeserving tip. They seemed really peeved to be doing their job. Use this outfit if you want smart ass attitude and smug service during the entire tour. Also, be sure to ask about the illegal spear fishing opportunity for lobster. Island scenery and water are like no other place in the world. If I had to do it again I would do the jet ski tour again with Hydro Tours. The was thrilling!!!!
